Emotional Freedom Technique
A gentle and empowering approach that helps reduce emotional distress, stress and anxiety. EFT, also known as tapping, uses light tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on thoughts or feelings, helping to calm the nervous system and restore emotional balance.
