Rewind Therapy

The Rewind Technique is a gentle and effective approach that helps reduce the emotional intensity associated with trauma, anxiety, phobias, and other distressing memories. Using guided imagery, it works with the brain’s natural way of storing experiences, allowing memories to be reprocessed without needing to talk through the details of what happened. This can significantly reduce the emotional and physical impact of past events, often bringing relief quickly and helping you feel calmer, more in control, and better able to move forward.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, is a gentle somatic approach that draws on both traditional concepts and modern psychological understanding. It involves light tapping on specific meridian points on the body, while focusing on particular thoughts or feelings. This process helps support the nervous system to settle and can reduce emotional distress held in the body. 

EFT is often used to help with anxiety, limiting beliefs, and distressing experiences, offering a practical and empowering way to regulate emotional responses in the moment. This approach can help build internal resilience and support a growing sense of calm and clarity over time.
